CraftedQuote (“we,” “us”) helps remodeling contractors and trade subcontractors turn site photos, videos, and measurements into professional quotes for their own clients. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and mobile app, why we collect it, and how to reach us with questions.

• Account informationYour email address, and the business profile and branding you give us — business name, logo, and brand colors — so your quotes can be prepared under your own name and look.
• Quote contentThe text, measurements, photos, videos, and documents (site walkthroughs, blueprints, PDFs, and similar files) you upload when submitting a quote request. This content is yours — we use it only to prepare and deliver the quote you asked for.
• Payment informationWhen you buy credits or subscribe to Pro, payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number — Stripe handles that on its own PCI-compliant infrastructure. We only receive high-level information back, like whether a payment succeeded.
• Push notification tokensIf you use the CraftedQuote mobile app and turn on notifications, we store a device push token — not any content from your device — so we can let you know when a quote is ready or its status changes.
• CookiesWe use cookies only to keep you signed in (your authenticated session). We don't use cookies for advertising, and we don't run any third-party tracking or analytics scripts.

• To provide the service: accepting your quote intake, and preparing and delivering finished quotes.
• To process payments for credits and Pro subscriptions, via Stripe.
• To send transactional email — account confirmations, quote status updates, receipts — via our email provider, Resend.
• To send mobile push notifications about your own quotes, if you've enabled them.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.

We share information only with the service providers that help us run CraftedQuote, and only what each needs to do its job:

• SupabaseOur database, file storage, and authentication provider. Your account data, quote content, and uploaded files are stored there.
• VercelHosting for our website and application.
• StripePayment processing for credits and Pro subscriptions.
• ResendDelivery of transactional email — confirmations, quote status updates, receipts.
• ExpoDelivery of push notifications to the CraftedQuote mobile app, if you've enabled them.

Preparing your quote may also involve securely processing the content you submit (photos, video, measurements, and notes) using third-party AI services on our behalf, solely to help produce your quote.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third-party advertisers, and we don't run advertising of any kind.

We keep your account and quote data for as long as your account is active, so you can come back and see your past quotes.

To request that your account or data be deleted, email support@craftedquote.com and we'll take care of it.

We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data appropriately.

CraftedQuote is a business tool for contractors and trade subcontractors. It isn't directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the latest version.
